Margarita Mixer | Agave, Whiskey, & Beyond: The Pro-Grade Botanical Blend (16oz)
Elevate your entire cocktail repertoire with our signature Margarita Mixer. Crafted to bring professional-grade balance to your home bar, this blend merges aromatic florals—toasted coriander, earthy sage, and spicy black peppercorn—with the bright, foundational zing of clarified fresh lime juice, orange peel, and pure agave. While it transforms a classic Margarita, its complex profile is the definitive shortcut to elevating everything from a zesty Paloma to a nuanced, spiced Whiskey Sour.

Think of the Airmail as the French 75s Caribbean cousin.

Whisky Sour
You already know that we think that the Whiskey Sour is much maligned, mostly due to the rise of neon colored sour mixes. The 90s were a rough time for cocktails. But this one is better. We promise.

- 1 egg white (optional, but highly recommended)
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon peel, expressed.
